Art Deco 14k/Platinum Aqua Ring

A gorgeous aquamarine ring from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! Crafted in 14k yellow gold and topped in platinum, this ring features a solitaire, bezel-set emerald cut aqua. The 3.5ct stone is simply gorgeous, displaying a lovely pale blue hue. The aqua is surrounded by an emerald-shaped frame, which is decorated with dainty scalloped engravings. The shoulders and gallery of the ring feature lovely filigree-detailing, which incorporates scrolling and geometric-motif cutouts. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple. A lovely example of Art Deco-era craftsmanship, this ring would make an adorable addition to any antique jewelry collection!

Measurements: The ring is currently a size 6.5, but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 1.98mm, and the centerpiece has a height of 1/2" and a width of 1/2".

Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold and platinum setting, and the aqua is intact and securely set.
