A magnificent ruby and diamond ring from the Georgian (ca1750s) era! Crafted in 18k and sterling silver, this piece features a central, prong-set cushion cut ruby. The 3ct ruby is simply mesmerizing, displaying a luscious pinkish-red hue. The ruby is surrounded by a halo of 10 rose cut diamonds, which are bead-set and rest atop a petal-shaped plaque. Together, the rose cut diamonds have an approximate total carat weight of .80ctw. The shoulders of the ring feature an elaborate scrolling-motif design, and the remainder of the band features a panel cutout-design.
