A lovely gold-filled locket pendant from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This circular-shaped piece is adorned on both the front and backside with dainty-engravings. The engravings include swirling, floral, foliage, and a singular flag-shaped motif. The side of the latch features a simple latch, which allows the locket to open and close securely. The inside of the piece features 2 hollow compartments, which would allow the wearer to conceal sentimental photographs or mementos. The top of the locket features a complimentary bail.
