The Story
A lovely engagement ring from the Vintage (ca1960s) era! Crafted in 10k yellow gold, this ring features a solitaire, prong-set marquise cut diamond. The .71ct diamond displays H/I color and VS1-SI1 clarity, and catches the light beautifully with every turn. The diamond is surrounded by a marquise-shaped frame, which is decorated with three-dimensional gold balls, which carry onto the shoulders of the ring. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple, and the inside of the shank is marked with a "10K" purity mark and a "GTR" maker's mark. A unique piece, this ring would be perfect for any upcoming proposal or engagement!
Measurements: The ring is currently a size 6.25, but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 2.8mm.
Condition: The ring is overall in excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting, and the diamond is intact and securely set.
